Shipping Policy
TechFitters enjoys a highly automated and efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system. This results in huge savings that we pass along to our Members. Currently we exclusively ship with UPS. Shipping and handling charges on all other orders vary; contact your TechFitters, Inc. account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials or e-mail
sales@techfitters.com. For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address.

NOTE: TechFitters. does not ship on weekends. Orders placed by 3:30 p.m. CST will ship on the next business morning. For security reasons, we ask regular business Members to contact their TechFitters account manager to obtain a tracking number.

Return Policy
TechFitters, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Members are responsible for all shipping charges back to TechFitters, Inc. on returned items, and TechFitters, Inc. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Details

  •  TechFitters, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your TechFitters, Inc. account manager.
  • All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • Member is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; TechFitters, Inc. will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
  • TechFitters, Inc. strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for TechFitters, Inc. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify TechFitters, Inc. immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify TechFitters, Inc. of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 866-803-6506 or your TechFitters, Inc. account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to TechFitters, Inc. within 30 days from the invoice date, at TechFitters, Inc.'s discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
  • Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by TechFitters, Inc. within 30 days from the invoice date, at TechFitters, Inc.'s discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

Privacy Policy
 TechFitters, Inc. is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of clients and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, TechFitters, Inc. has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about clients that it acquires in the course of its business:

1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about clients than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about clients only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of client service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about clients to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the client, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more client information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Other Notes:

  • In the course of processing a payment transaction, we usually receive from the merchant or a financial institution information related to the transaction. This normally includes information about the payment that the client has furnished the merchant or financial institution in placing the order.
  • The personally-identifiable information we acquire in processing payment transactions varies according to the nature of the transaction and the way in which merchants or financial institutions are using our payment services. It may include the amount of the transaction, the client's name, credit card number and expiration date, checking account number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Only a small number of employees have access to computers containing our client's transactional information. Where possible, we encrypt information stored on our computers as a further measure of protection. We use state-of-the-art firewalls and other security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
  • Our employees have access to some transaction information in order to respond to questions from our customers. We limit that access to the minimum information they require to be able to provide prompt, high quality service.
  • In general, our employees who do have access to our databases can only retrieve information about particular individual transactions and not about individual clients.
  • To perform our services, we must, of course, pass information about transactions to payment card processors and banks.
  • We do not provide to any third party the names and e-mail addresses of client.
